Ⅰ. Overview and Applications
The Type 32PL Sprinkler Pump is a single-stage, single-suction horizontal overhung centrifugal pump. It is mainly used for spraying, cooling, and lubricating the cylinder liners and pistons of oil drilling pumps. Additionally, it can be used to transport clean water (or clean water containing a small amount of silt) at temperatures below 80°C. When used in conjunction with oil drilling pumps, it is driven by a belt; for other applications, it can also be directly coupled with a 4-pole motor. The pump body and impeller of this pump feature a special design: when rotating in either clockwise or counterclockwise direction, one working surface is always in operation. Therefore, the pump can operate normally in both forward and reverse directions, with consistent performance parameters—greatly facilitating its use.
