The ZDJS Type Rope Winder is a device used for stringing and retrieving the main rope of a drilling rig. It is equipped with a guide rope drum, enabling the completion of main rope stringing (before drilling starts) and rope retrieval (after drilling is finished) without the need for additional auxiliary equipment or tools—making the operation more convenient, safe, and easy to perform.
This rope winder uses a gear motor as its power source, which drives two shafts (one large and one small) via a coupling. Both the large and small drums are idle sleeves; the three drums can be controlled independently through their respective clutches and braking devices.
