The NZJH Series Mud Purification Equipment produced by our company is a new type of mud purification and treatment equipment developed for projects such as trenchless directional crossing, small shield tunneling, piling and mining, core drilling, water well drilling, sand washing and recovery, river dredging, and fine stone powder recovery. It can effectively control the quality of mud water used in construction, perform solid-liquid separation of solid particles in the mud, improve the success rate of pile foundations, reduce the consumption of bentonite and the cost of mud making. At the same time, it enables the environmentally friendly transportation of mud waste residue and the discharge of mud water, meeting the on-site requirements for environmentally friendly construction. It is suitable for mud purification and recovery in pile foundation projects, cut-off wall projects, slurry pipe jacking construction, and trenchless engineering construction that adopt mud wall protection, rotary drilling rigs, and circulation drilling processes.
Mud purification equipment is mainly divided into three series: desilting series, desanding series, and desanding/desilting series. The mud purification equipment is mainly composed of a desanding unit, a desilting unit, a mud supply pump unit, a vibrating screen unit, a vibrating screen angle adjustment mechanism, a bin bottom flushing mechanism, an underflow collection bin, a mud inlet pipe, and an overflow pipe. According to the mud requirements during construction, the mud purification equipment can be used in several combinations: desanding + vibrating screen, desilting + vibrating screen, desanding + desilting + vibrating screen, or direct treatment of drilling fluid with a vibrating screen. Users can choose independently according to on-site needs.
The working principle of the desanding + desilting + vibrating screen combination is as follows: The external mud supply pump is started to inject mud into the tank through the bottom screen surface of the vibrating screen, and the vibrating screen is used to remove mud solid particles larger than 130 μm. When the liquid level in the tank is 150 mm below the tank top, the desanding pump is started, and the desanding cyclone unit is used to remove mud sand solid particles larger than 50 μm. Then, the desilting pump is started, and the desilting cyclone unit is used to remove mud silt solid particles larger than 20 μm. Adjust the size of the butterfly valve of the external mud supply pump to keep the liquid level in the tank balanced. The mud and solid particles discharged from the desanding cyclone unit and desilting cyclone unit are screened and separated through the top screen surface of the vibrating screen.
