Product Introduction
Ⅰ. Overview and Applications
To meet the needs of oil drilling solid control system production, adapt to the rapid development of drilling technology, and address challenges such as difficult solid-liquid separation and control of high-viscosity, high-specific-gravity, and high-polymer drilling fluids, our company has designed and manufactured the high-speed series centrifuges.
The high-speed series centrifuges utilize centrifugal force generated by the centrifuge’s high-speed rotation to make high-density solids in drilling fluid settle and separate under centrifugal action. They can separate solids larger than 2 μm, effectively solving the problem that medium-speed centrifuges cannot separate ultra-fine harmful solids. As such, they are key solid control equipment on drilling platforms.
These high-speed centrifuges are mainly used to control the density and viscosity of drilling fluid, reduce the solid content in drilling fluid, remove harmful solids or recover barite, and improve drilling speed. After treatment by the centrifuge, the drilling fluid not only has controlled density and viscosity, but also significantly reduced sand content—this reduces equipment wear, extends equipment service life, and delivers remarkable economic and social benefits.
With rational design, strong adaptability, large processing capacity, simple operation, and convenient maintenance, this centrifuge is suitable for the fifth-stage solid control treatment of mud and liquids to be processed in projects such as onshore and offshore oil and gas drilling, coalbed methane extraction, trenchless directional crossing, piling engineering, and waste sewage/mud treatment.
In the high-speed series centrifuges produced by our company, cemented carbide blocks are inlaid on the conveyor blades to enhance the conveyor’s wear resistance. Additionally, all bearings in key parts are imported, which extends the service life of the entire machine.
