Centrifuges with high, medium, and low rotational speeds have become increasingly popular, as they enable effective control of drilling mud with various properties. Therefore, equipping high-speed variable-frequency centrifuges is the future development trend.
The high-speed variable-frequency series centrifuges launched by our company are new products with multiple rotational speeds in one machine, eliminating the trouble of replacing different equipment for drilling mud with different properties. They can solve problems such as difficult solid-liquid separation and control of high-viscosity, high-specific-gravity, and high-polymer drilling fluids.
This type of centrifuge features intelligent control, anti-seizure design, and automatic adjustment of operating speed, differential speed, torque, and liquid supply volume, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation. It adopts PLC programming control, allowing stepless speed regulation of the drum speed within the designed range while supporting manual adjustment. Equipped with a color explosion-proof touch screen, it enables real-time monitoring of parameters such as rotational speed, current, torque, bearing temperature, overall machine vibration, and differential speed.
In the high-speed variable-frequency series centrifuges, cemented carbide blocks are inlaid on the conveyor blades to enhance the wear resistance of the conveyor. Additionally, all bearings in key parts are imported, which extends the service life of the entire machine.
