Ⅰ. Overview and Applications
The NZZS-TG Type Vibrating Screen uses a flat screen mesh to purify drilling fluid and achieve solid-liquid separation. Depending on the well section and solid control requirements, screen meshes of 60 to 200 mesh are used. The screen mesh adopts a flat plate with edge hook design, which has a long service life and is easy to replace, meeting the process requirements of continuous drilling. The screen surface can be adjusted within the range of 0° to +6°. Its adjustment is realized by a manual oil pump controlling the expansion and contraction of the plunger cylinder.
Adopting the self-synchronization principle of dual motors rotating in opposite directions, this screen achieves an elliptical vibration pattern of the screen box. It is equipped with a drilling fluid inlet buffer tank and integrates the comprehensive functions of ordinary vibrating screens and desanders. With a simple structure, it is convenient for installation, maintenance and transportation, and features low noise, stable vibration of the whole machine, high reliability, large processing capacity, good screening effect and high drilling fluid purification precision. It is suitable for solid-liquid separation of various types of drilling fluid.
It is an ideal solid-liquid separation equipment for oil and coalbed methane development drilling, horizontal directional drilling, metallurgy, and tailings slurry in mining sites.
