Ⅰ. Overview and Applications
The 150PSC Type Sand Pump adopts an axial suction structure, with its impeller made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material. It is suitable for conveying drilling fluid containing suspended particles or other liquid media under similar working conditions.
As a key component of the oil drilling mud circulation system, the sand pump is mainly used for transporting mud and sewage. It can serve as a mud supply device for solid-liquid separation equipment, including desanders, desilters, centrifuges, filter presses, and filters. It can also be used as a mixing pump for jet mud mixing, as well as a make-up pump and a priming pump for mud pumps.
This pump adopts a dual-seal design combining an auxiliary impeller and packing, which ensures a long service life and is currently the preferred sealing method in China’s pump industry.
