The CSQ-Ⅰ Type Desanding Cleaner is a high-efficiency solid control device independently developed by our company in response to market demands, and it is an indispensable solid control equipment in drilling engineering.
Composed of a drilling fluid translational elliptical shaker and a set of 300mm or 250mm desanding cyclones, this device is a new-type drilling fluid solid-phase treatment equipment and one of the main devices for drilling fluid solid-phase control. It is mainly used after the shaker to remove sandy and muddy solid phases (44~74 μm) from circulating drilling fluid. At the same time, it minimizes drilling fluid loss, featuring reliable performance, excellent separation effect, and long service life.
