Ⅰ. Overview and Applications
The JQB150-6-5 Type Shear Pump is a product jointly developed by our company and Jianghan Machinery Research Institute for the hydration of polymer shearing during mud mixing in oil fields. This equipment is a single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump, with its shaft seal adopting a dual-seal structure of auxiliary impeller and packing, ensuring reliable sealing performance.
The shearing function is mainly achieved through the impeller and shear disk with special structures. Using this product can significantly shorten mud mixing time, improve mud quality, and save mud-mixing chemicals. This is especially critical during fast drilling operations: polymers tend to have strong adsorption and high consumption, requiring timely supplementation during drilling. Conventional methods cannot meet this demand, while the shear pump effectively solves this problem.
