Ⅰ. Overview and Applications
The NJ Type Mud Mixer is a solid-liquid mixing device. It is mainly used in the drilling mud purification system of oil field sites and can also be applied in similar occasions in industrial and mining enterprises.
Products of this series adopt toroidal-enveloping cylindrical worm drive. The worm and worm gear are made of dissimilar materials with reasonable matching—their load-carrying capacity is 30% higher than that of ordinary cylindrical worm drives, and the transmission efficiency is as high as 75%. It features stable transmission, reliable performance, no vibration, low noise, and long service life.
In the drilling fluid circulation system, the mixing impeller of the mixer generates circumferential flow, radial flow, and axial flow of the drilling fluid in the circulation tank through its mixing action. This flushes the solid particles deposited at the bottom of the tank and mixes them with the drilling fluid, facilitating the classification and separation of solid particles in the drilling fluid by desanders, desilters, and drilling fluid centrifuges.
The matched impellers are available in single-layer and double-layer types, which can be configured according to customer needs.
