The NZNJQ Type Mud Gun is a specialized tool in the drilling mud circulation system. Its main function is to flush and agitate the dead corners in the circulation tank that cannot be reached by the mud agitator, ensuring the drilling fluid in the circulation tank is fully mixed and solid particles are uniformly suspended. This facilitates the graded separation of the multi-stage drilling fluid purification system.
Mud guns are generally installed on the top of the drilling fluid circulation tank. Their power source can be either a mud pump or a jet mud mixing pump. With a simple structure, flexible operation, and ease of use, this equipment is an indispensable agitation and conveying device in the solid control system.
