Ⅰ. Overview and Applications
The Jet Mud Mixing Device is equipment used in conjunction with the solid control system of oil drilling operations. It is designed to meet the requirements of weighting and preparing drilling fluid for the drilling solid control system.
The device consists of one sand pump and one jet-type mixing funnel, which are connected via manifold valves and mounted on a single base. It features safe and reliable performance as well as easy transportation, and can satisfy the drilling fluid weighting and preparation needs of solid control systems for drilling depths ranging from 1,500 meters to 6,000 meters.
Our company has developed the new NZHJ Series Jet Ejector Device by combining a Venturi tube with the original jet nozzle. This device not only has a simple structure but also high feasibility; its performance is even more outstanding when used in conjunction with a shear pump.
