Ⅰ. Overview and Applications
The NZZS-ZB Type Drilling Fluid Linear Vibrating Screen is a primary solid control equipment for oil drilling, independently developed and launched by our company.
The drilling fluid vibrating screen mainly consists of a base, a screen box, vibration springs, vibration motors, and a feed logging tank. It adopts two vibration motors of the same size and is designed based on the dual-motor automatic synchronization principle. This screen type uses a plate-and-frame screen mesh and features high vibration intensity, large screening area, adjustable screen box angle, compact structure, excellent performance, high cost-effectiveness, long trouble-free operation time, and low maintenance requirements. With appropriately selected parameters, it is an ideal solid-liquid separation equipment for oil and coalbed methane development drilling, horizontal directional drilling, metallurgy, and tailings slurry in mining sites.
Our company can provide double-unit or triple-unit vibrating screens according to customer needs, along with corresponding connecting manifolds. Additionally, this equipment can also be used as the underflow vibrating screen for mud cleaners.
