Product Introduction
Ⅰ. Overview and Applications
The NZZS-ZG Type Drilling Fluid Linear Vibrating Screen is a high-efficiency linear drilling fluid vibrating screen successfully developed using the latest modern theories and methods to meet user needs.
Adopting two vibration motors of the same size, the NZZS-ZG Type Drilling Fluid Linear Vibrating Screen is designed based on the dual-motor automatic synchronization principle. This screen type uses a flat plate with edge hook structure, featuring rational structural design, stable operation, large screening area, high vibration intensity, long trouble-free operation time, and low maintenance requirements. With appropriately selected parameters, it is suitable for solid-liquid separation of various types of drilling fluid. It is an ideal solid-liquid separation equipment for oil and coalbed methane development drilling, horizontal directional drilling, metallurgy, and tailings slurry in mining sites.
When in use, the NZZS-ZG Series Drilling Fluid Linear Vibrating Screen can be used independently, or connected in parallel to form a double-unit or triple-unit vibrating screen for combined operation in drilling teams.
