I. Overview and Applications
The SLNF-35 lever shear-type safety valve is mainly used for domestic 3NB-900, 3NB-1000, SL3NB-1300, SL3NB-1600 oil drilling mud pumps, as well as F-1000, FB-1300, FB-1600 mud pumps manufactured by Continental Emsco (USA). With appropriate connection methods, it can also be used in safety pressure-limiting systems of other pump models above 588KW (800HP) to protect the safety of pumps, high-pressure manifolds, water hoses, and drilling tools. This safety valve adopts a lever shear mechanism to control system pressure, featuring advantages such as simple structure, accuracy, and safety.

1.Safety pin diameter: Φ6.0mm-Φ6.7mm (The specific diameter of the safety pin is determined through experiments due to material composition differences in each batch).
2.Maximum rated pressure: 34.3 Mpa (350 kgf/cm²).
